The Women's Security and Complaint Redressal Cell in our college has been an essential and proactive platform for ensuring the safety, dignity, and empowerment of female students and staff. It aims to create a secure and respectful environment by addressing concerns related to harassment, discrimination, and gender-based issues. Through continuous awareness programs, workshops, and sensitization sessions, the cell fosters a culture of equality, mutual respect, and zero tolerance for any form of misconduct.
This cell also plays a significant role in shaping a supportive and responsive institutional framework. It encourages students and staff to voice their concerns confidently and ensures prompt redressal of complaints in a fair and confidential manner.
